- License Keys means any digital license provided to You from Us
Your Order Cancellation Rights
In order to keep costs down and increase simplicity and flexibility for You We do not require online license activation at any time. Our installers also do not require an internet connection to activate licenses.
Therefore License Keys, once created, cannot be revoked and You are not entitled to cancel your Order for any reason.
We will only communicate with customers using the email address used at the time the Order was placed.
Refunds
We will consider all requests for a refund on a case by case basis. Proof of purchase and a reason for the refund will be required.
We reserve the right to address any defects in manufacturing or incompatibilities of digital Goods prior to offering any refunds.
In order to exercise Your request for a refund, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by visiting the contact page on our website.
We will reimburse You no later than 28 days from the day on which We notify You of our decision. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
We do not accept any returns of our digital products due to there being no physical Goods.
